Gucci celebrates its 90-year anniversary by setting up a pop-up workshop dubbed The Artisan Corner around the world as part of its new marketing campaign.In one of fashion’s latest trends, luxury brands are opening up their secret ateliers for hands-on masterclasses. Gucci is joining in with a new three-day “artisan corner” at Bloomingdale’s in NYC. Between June 6 to 9 2013, on 59th street in New York City will be welcoming craftsmen and women from the label’s ateliers to assemble handbags, personalize silk scarves and monogram leather bags including the popular New Bamboo, Soft Stirrup and Soho bags.
